About this notice
This notice covers the public DeliverMyTyre website at www.delivermytyre.com. It describes the current website, not a future booking platform. The site does not currently create customer or fitter accounts, send quote requests, take payments or make bookings.
Tyre sizes and fitting locations
The homepage lets you enter a tyre size and fitting postcode. These fields are checked in your browser. The current form does not send these entries to our server or to tyre fitters, and does not save them in browser storage. Your browser may retain autofill information under its own settings.
If online quotations or bookings are enabled later, this notice will be updated before those features collect information. That update will explain which details are required and who receives them.
Website and security information
When you load a page, our hosting and network-security services receive technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. IP addresses and similar identifiers can be personal data.
Cloudflare is used to deliver and protect the website. Security and connection information may be processed to detect abusive traffic, investigate faults and keep the site available.
Why information is processed
Technical connection information is used to serve pages and protect the website. The intended lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website, balanced against visitors’ rights. Reading this notice or browsing the site is not blanket consent to marketing or optional tracking.
Cookies and tracking
The current page code does not install advertising or analytics trackers and does not store the tyre-size or postcode fields in cookies or local storage. Hosting and security services may use essential cookies or similar measures when needed to protect the site.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Optional tracking requiring consent should not be enabled before a suitable consent choice is provided.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and security providers process technical information involved in serving this site. The current form does not share fitting details with tyre businesses. Cloudflare explains its processing in its privacy policy.
The operator must confirm the retention periods for hosting and security logs, and any arrangements for processing outside the UK, before this notice is finalised. We have not assigned an unverified retention period or claimed that all data stays in the UK.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access and correct personal data, request erasure or restriction, object to processing and receive portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights are subject to applicable conditions.
Access requests are normally free and generally require a response within one month, subject to lawful exceptions and extensions. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
